That may very well be true, but if it is I can only assume he has already worked overtime to ensure he has protected his science and commercial licenses, etc. against any foreseeable problems.

I am confused only by the lack of action and information by Kim, and if it's only due to Kim being protective and paranoid of KBLB's future, then I accept that even though I vehemently disagree with it. What better way to protect KBLB than informing the world and dealing from this point forward from a position of strength instead of the current position of a penny stock with a dismal pps. Doesn't make any sense not to, and I find it unbelievable that the advisory board would condone it.
