Umm, let's look at this in a financial way for a minute. Current A/S 2.4B, current O/S 2.362B, current float 2.362B. The only way you get money to acquire a Brokerage unit is with cash or maybe a share transfer. There are only 600K shares left that he can offer. At .0005 that means he has $300 in shares left in the A/S..

Can you see the picture here. Come on I know you all want this to make a ton of money for you, but, there will be a R/S to increase the A/S to be able to offer any thing for a brokerage firm.

He has $300 left. Do the math, it's on the website.

You cannot just raise the A/S simply because you want more shares.
