I agree 100%! That’s why I can't help but see that there must be much that Maheu and the SEC is aware of that have kept CMKX from being permanently revoked as of today. I can't help but think such or Maheu would not have even shown up to the hearing showing strong support. He would have backed out of CMKX a long time ago if everything was all doom and gloom.

Heck, click on the link below to see how many companies have just gotten revoked that have a whole lot less skeletons in their closet than what CMKX has. This is another one of those reasons which makes me have to at least give CMKX the 50/50 logic for a positive resolution. IMHO
