Ok why? There are many reasons to be revoked and I'm believing all the documents will be in place soon for the company to have a name change, until then most buyers are collecting cheap shares.

Simple as that! The 8k identified the players already involved in STEP, with 2 PR's from Don to show they are a viable business. The paperwork will catch up very soon.

When we get the name change and the paperwork then those who were buying down here will be the winners.
