Agree, I know that right this moment he could become a distributor
(at very low cost) that would be a SHOE-IN for his market segment,
bringing in money, current tractor owners (increase maintenance
revenue) & expose more & more folks to his business model, tractors,
oil filters, etc.. This is the right first step.

Mark has gotten lazy & seduced by the dilution, the easy-money & has
forgotten what it takes to succeed in business. When the money is
your OWN you find creative ways to get the job done & make progress.

When you can do 504D after dilution after dilution, you can take
stupid risks & trips to China without regard for WHAT YOUR MONEY is
EARNING. It isn't his money, he has NOT proven to be a GOOD STEWARD
of shareholder FUNDS, HE HAS NOT earned the RIGHT TO MORE funds in
my view.

That part of the equation needs to change, & it can only be so with
shareholder-applied pressure if at all. I don't disagree that a
R/S could be helpful AT SOME POINT...but now is not the time.

Open up the TA, ungag, share shareholder pain by retiring many of
his own shares as well as those of his daughters, cut salary &
business costs, stop BUYING INVENTORY (he has not PROVEN he can
sell) & make a plan to generate revenues!!! Execute on that,
then perhaps we can talk. Otherwise shareholders have NO REASON NOT
to expect more of the same BS from this FOS CEO. Sorry, just the
FACTS!!!!
