$BCAP already has a $100k shell from $TGGI as part of their R/M fees. That I assume is why $BCAP has started funding the first of the two new clients for the S-1 registration already.
As far as estimated revenue per client:

That $100-750k turnkey fee wouldn't include registration with a TA since Tiber Creek is not a Transfer Agent.
If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
