Welfare has been in decline, but that is chicken feed compared to the export of jobs for a little more profit which has all but demolished our economy. the amount of export of our industrial base is way more unamerican than keeping the jobs here... and you want to blame liberals for that? There is such a small number of union workers any more that you cannot blame the export of jobs on them. It was the 1% greed assholes that destroyed us, for a profit.
