TRY AGAIN
Where did that photo of that building come from because it isn't: 3236 Scott Boulevard
Santa Clara, California
The photo of the building at the realestate company web-site(which I trust more) shows a 2 story building. REMEMBER?
MCSP
Didn't you show us a link to that 3M revenue for MCSP on Hoovers and it was discovered that it was in 2004 and the last "log-in" was also 2004?
USTI
The second floor(top floor) of 3236 Scott Blvd. is about 27,000 sq. ft. and has been for rent since 1/19/2011 according to the page so where does Universal Semiconductor Technology Inc. have 57,000 sq. ft. of fabrication plant?
MASSY? LOL
"Acquired MASSY 2007 and has been in business ever seince Thisisa test" (ROTFL)
Who acquired MASSY in 2007? And what in the world is "thisisa test" supposed to mean? Unfortunately, the MASSY papers were revoked in 2009 because the annual list of officers was due on Feb. 28, 2009 and wasn't filed. The papers are still revoked.
CTCC
"ACQUIRED: 8K filed with the SEC October 2011" try again
Show me something in the 8K about "acquired" and they didn't file it in October, October was when Smuda ran away(I mean resigned)and when MacIntyre bought the shell from a broker(I mean was elected). They filed it on Dec. 14, 2011(I think that is the exact date but I could be wrong about it being the 14th)
STEP
You forgot to put 2011(when Don created it)-2012
The PR said CTCC "acquired" not merged with it.
Then again the PR also said:
"(STEP), a Nevada-based startup that manufactures, installs, sells and distributes solar installations and LED lighting."
SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT THEY ALREADY MANUFACTURE but in phone conversations Don says:
STEP has the ability to manufacture commercially or the capability to manufacture.
So they went from manufacturing in the PR to only having the "ability" to manufacture in a phone conversation.
There was another poster that said Don used the phrase,
"capability to manufacture"
From "that manufactures...." to "have the ability/capability to manufacture.
Do you see the difference in that? Never mind, I withdraw the question.
Just more discrepancies, no biggie.
JUST KEEP SLAPPING THE ASK
