I watched it happen Friday afternoon, WEED had 5000 shares at the ask for a few hours, but the trades that were going through were for multiple 100,000 blocks at the 5000 share ask price.

The ask never went up from 5000 shares but all these much larger trades kept going through at the ask price.

It's a credibility race to see when the expected announcements, filings and change to STEP symbol occur.

I'm giving it 50/50 on whether the above happens or the story ends.
