Well this is what I think, share structure recontruction is usually a pre-requisite to funding, which means that the price will increase on the OTC, which is different from the big boards where earnings and growth determine the pps. My problem is not that, I did not like the fact that there was no support from the mm's in holding the price, this seemed to me to indicate that the funding is not going to be happening for a while, or that the management is not that great when it comes to share holders. Things could be different tomorrow, but that still dosn't explain to me today's trading. I have been in plays were I was expecting a run that never happened, so we will just need to see if management has news prepared for shareholders tomorrow or in the following days. Still trying to understand the darkside on this one and my head is hurting, lol. Just didn't want this to turn out into a long term play, which I am afraid it might.
