Funny, when I used TDA I wired funds and they were always available later the same day, or if sent in the afternoon, they were available the next day, pre-market!
Otherwise, what is the point of a wire?
Or, you can just believe whatever dweeb you talked to, that likely has no clue what they are talking about (which happens quite often at brokerages, btw)!
