The buyout scenario only applied if the family wanted out and wanted cash in hand. Thats understandable, some families dont want to carry on the family business LOL. After seeing the various boards Dans sits on tells me he is in deep. No wanting out for him and I am sure that is well reflected with the family. Why would they, oil is just now becoming huge domestically in the very region they have leases.

Now if Dan can develop arrangements whereby SIOR can hold on to more of the revenues versus JV then you can bet the street will reward SIOR when this is made public.

I completely agree with the filings. They mean nothing to me right now. I would rather see the business aspects hitting on all cylinders.

Is there any possibility of a r/m of the other entities into SIOR? Just curious. Talking about a juggernaut multi dollar potential company immediatley. Would give all the entities as one a huge synergy and access to capital for massive buildout...
