Good day! I'm just checking in and will offer some food for thought. It's good to think about some different angles and question your thought process. So, here I go... The first thing that I will address is filings. I have served as a company officer twice for publicly traded energy companies. It takes a lot of time and money to make your filings public. (SEC compliant) Depending on the situation the company is dealing with, on the low side 25,000.00 to perhaps as much as 100,000.00. I have seen the costs come in anywhere in between. There is not any compelling reason for Mr. Lloyd to spend that money on filings at this time. It is money that can be put to better use elsewhere. What will they contain? I will tell you, the same as they have. Don't expect any change that will rocket this stock, forget about it. Companies spend money to benefit themselves, there is no benefit here to doing a filing IMO.
Second, I'm suprised that the wheels are not turning about the Cactus Drilling revelation... Think fellows, think... If your family had holdings in the largest privately held drilling company in the USA...Well, what would that mean to you, if you were building a small energy company in the hottest oil play in the USA??? What does this new information that you have learned of tell you?? Come on boy's think like a CEO or Company Officer... It tell's me that a asset sale is off the table and I never thought it was ever on to start with. It just didn't make good business sense.. It also tells me that a JV is probably less likely to happen as well, but still could under the right terms... It tells me that Mr. Lloyd will most likely develop SIOR with his circle of business connections and keep a larger slice of the pie. The picture has become a lot clearer to me over the last two weeks.. I hope this adds valiue to your thinking.
