- Old Management was distracted
- New Management is interested in growing Oil & Gas AND pps
- Upgrade to OTC is evidence of the commitment and desire to access equity capital for rapid growth
- Oil & Gas is going to be developed quickly
- We will begin seeing PR and transparency

Everything points to very positive progress and a quick run to 4c.
