That's why I quit posting here. It is what it is and I figured no sense in rubbing it in.

The OTCMarkets web site had this updated on the 1st. Anyone could have seen it happening as it was called out on several occasions even beforehand on the pattern and volume.

Now if there was anything viable why would this happen but only to finish the job diluting and starting over with an R/S or raising the A/S. Now because he maxed it, the R/S seems like the more likely option.

The facts are indisputable.

The black candlestick yesterday confirmed the sell if signal to a definite sell.
