Now back to the situation at hand. I merely posted my opinion as to why I sold and where I felt the stock PPS could drift down to; was I correct?

At time of my post 9:49-the stock was trading between $1. and .94

Mind you it was all in the context of the premarket trading that was and I'm sure most would agree, "unusual action". Now we see an 8K filing and it perhaps that was in part along with the Adam F article for the gap down.

Now I'm aware of how touchy folks get on these boards when someone posts opinions if it's not along the agenda and opinions of others. I was careful to make note in another my post that I was not bragging.
