I'm sure the chill could be fixed but that does not fit into the business plan of setting up company's just to sell shares. The chill is Gary's excuse for going back on his word of giving free shares to the investors of EDWY. When he said he was going to do that around 15 months ago it was nothing but a pump to sell more shares of EDWY. He has money to start new company's but no money to fix EDWY. I would even say he's only starting this new company because knows EDWY is dead there's no revenue and no hope of revenue. IMO
