if 40M of shares just got changed hands and held by new management, 25M held by BROWN THOMAS ROSS was cancelled, and around a total of 15M held by two other insiders, is it that the available trading shares would be just no more than around 11M...If so, that's ridiculously small for a sub penny stock.
