Whch office will you go to?

The noted address or the one where the office phone number rings at?

They should be very close so you can do both. I think those 2 addresses(the one in the 8K and the reverse phone number search)are in the same commercial office strip center.

I think these would be some good questions:

How many shares of CTCC does he have? Are they restricted? How long?
Are they preferred or common? If it is a mix how many of each kind? How many shares of CTCC did he receive for Strategic Power and Energy. Preferred or common?
What are the voting rights for the preferred shares?

I would ask for a tour of the R&D/manufacturing/distribution facility and the office as an investor.

Are Ephren Taylor and Jeffrey Smuda still shareholders?
