Mainly from what I have found out is that anytime an OTC company does a forward split the DTCC can eliminate them. And I am sure there are tons of other ways for the DTCC to eliminate companies. This crap is happening more and more these days.
I get that most companies down here are scams. That is probably one of the main reasons for DTCC to eliminate more and more companies these days. Most of my money is in BIG BOARD stocks. But there is always huge potential down here and to know that there is less potential of big UNEXPECTED FEES is a big bonus for me.
