OT Vitamins:

I believe I read alpha lipoic acid helps to limit free radicals.

I also take Leutin for eyes (AMD risk) and Krill and fish oil for cardiovascular and brain benefit. Oh and Vitamin C and Garlic.

Have you come across any negatives with taking these (or the combinations)? TIA
