I'm generally in the "no supplemental vitamins except for D" camp. (Plus B12/calcium/trace minerals if you are on a PPI). Men and post-menopausal women should likely not be taking any supplemental iron in any form.

There are certainly some where I could go either way - CoQ10 for those on a statin, and alpha lipoic acid for some conditions maybe.
