Retail has to change or die and even change won't save some. I was a Woolworth Store manager, lol. I got out in 1978 as the writing is on the wall then. List of Chapter 7s and 11's I know in my head than failed recently and all have not updated much through the recent years>>>


1. Kmart(part of Sears, but both doomed) IMO
2. Old Country Buffet
3. Perkins
4. Borders--Barnes and Noble next??
5. American Airlines
6. Pontiac--They blew it big time as they had the younger gneration by the balls in the 60's and 70's. My first new car, Firebird, second, Grand Prix.


I am sure you guys could name several more and all the ones above have not changed much.

I will not buy Wendy's stock, that is quite the negative comment from the CEO.
