SEC can't do anything to stop JBII issuing truthful, accurate PRs.

On the other hand, when your CEO has been accused of deliberate and egregious fraud, and you know that the eyes of the SEC are upon you, then that's a good time to stop issuing false and misleading PRs.

Hence the current comparative radio silence from JBII itself -but their supporters seem keen enough to pick up the baton.

As for paying for hagiographical and misleading articles to appear in the press, then someone must have thought SEC wouldn't notice.

I suspect someone is mistaken in that regard.
