Item 3 on the preferred ballots requires that you list all Class 19 shares you have voted on other ballots. So, yes, if you voted (are voting) WAMKQ's on other ballots you would list them in the WAMPQ ballot under Item 3. Same thing on the K ballot, in reverse; on the K ballot you would list the P's you have voted/are voting on other ballots.
