I got a question about item 3 on the ballot if anyone can help.

I have scottrade - only 1 account with both Ps and Ks.

For item 3, say I am filling out the P ballot. Does this mean only fill it out if other Ps in a different account or does this mean my Ks should be listed there since Ps and Ks are class 19?
