I sent it to my lawyer for a quick review - I've been sued too many times not to do this. I also want the disclaimer to be at least ten times longer than the story. I'm just working on the sunspots part of the disclaimer now. As you know sunspots and solar flares can adversely affect recollection of events. I will also be quoting Socrates from his Apology and Gorgias in the disclaimer with respect to not knowing anything with certainty and even if I did know I can't be blamed for not being able to convincingly convey it to others. Banana peels, forward looking statements, lost opportunities and kitchen sinks etc etc etc will all be in the disclaimer.
