its the carbon ring that attracts Helium but dont care about he H2O molecule. how they can make this product is amazing. they only need to apply that on the inside of the watertight layer and there you go, no wasted fuel. its really a question of how pliable is it, can it fold up into a box for military transport and retain its nano carbon ring shape without breaking the bonds.
