This company was founded in 1996 and has been publicly traded since 2000. BPAX has enough drugs in the pipeline and joint ventures to survive the past set-back. The competition for new drugs is so fierce that the big boys will buy this company before it goes under. The delinquency notice with a future possibility of the delisting process is not even an issue when they're compared to the time frame of future annoucements. Just relax and be patient.
