I didn't twist anything you said,... I stated an opinion based on my knowledge and publicly available information. Incidentally, you really should look up par value, what it is, how it works, and about how most states do not allow stock to be issued at below par value. Further, you should also read about how issuing COWI stock at "deep discounts" at the current value translates to issuing stock at below par (and 0.0001) value. I don't particularly appreciate be called a liar (this is what knowingly posting false information is), particularly by some dude with a pretty dubious relationship with truth.
