That is a fine letter. Well stated and to the point, and I hope it falls on listening ears.

However,

It is a sad and pitiful commentary on this company and its people that a shareholder has to write a letter on his own basically promoting the company and its alleged "new paradigm" technology. It is sad that a common shareholder has to ask his Senator to "look into things" on a public company in which he is invested.

Letters to ALL U.S. Senators should have been mailed out MONTHS ago by JB and Co promoting BI, and I highly doubt they have. Answers to the NIJ holdup should be KNOWN by now, and should have been relayed to shareholders already.

And I'll spare you my opinion of your beloved Levin...

But a good letter nonetheless.
