I believe Mark is working on some big things that will soon give us confidence in his ability to execute. Yes, it sucks he has sold a lot of shares lately to build his inventory. Yes, the reverse split isn't always a popular move.

But, if sales pick up and if he can get something solid going with YTO (or others) and if he is able to start getting the products out to dealers in the field, we should see start to see things moving in the right direction.

He has been a successful businessman in the past. I believe he is honest. That does not guarantee success but history doesn't lie. Mark is not dishonest or trying to screw anybody. He has the most to gain or lose from TYTN's success or failure.
