he speaks in the manner that he does because its the best way to cover his arse..when you are telling people that you are going to do something and you have no clue at all if you can really do it, you need to be very careful...and then when you take it further by saying all the things you intend to do just as soon as you do what it is you know you are not sure you can do, you want to be even more careful....and when you take peoples money and spend it trying to do something you are not sure you can accomplish even though you are assuring everyone things are going just great, you want to be even more careful...

as far as i can tell, the pnas confirmed the science as far as utilizing gene manipulation of a silk worm causing it to spin a thread that is a combination of wormsilk and spider silk...that seems to be about it..
there has been no confirmation of anything else that has been done...and doing something with that science is what kblb is all about...and they would have a LOT to do before they get around to selling anything...it was thought that monstersilk would have been sold to someone by now..it hasnt...i wonder why?..
it might just be possible that rather than dreaming nice thoughts all day long, that perhaps looking into certain things might be a little more constructive...
