What Kim needs to do is forget his lawyer training. This is'nt a court case that can be dragged out forever and collect massive fees.
When he does a CC, PR, ect. he needs to speak basic english that your average investor can understand and make a descision on to buy, sell, go long.

We just finished round 3 of inserts and increased the strength from 80% to 85%.

We made a worm 20% bigger and can produce XX more silk than the normal worm.

When I read long scientific/laywer speak, I get A.D.D. and lose interest.

I hope the CC is understandable.
