Since I don't seem to be anonymous here, I can say that we, too, have "family pride" and a certain "legacy." That gives no license to treat business associates (that's what we are)with that sort of incivility.

Whatever his "tough industries" background, I think it is ugly and ignorant to treat anyone the way we are treated verbally at the meetings and the way we are generally shut out and ignored the rest of the year.

We are treated as annoying pests, picking among droppings for clues as to what is going on in this fiefdom-like setting. They may have millions at stake but it IS a public company in which we all have important (to us) stakes.
