PianoMan, I understand what you are saying but I think the re-resignation is different. With the Gleasmans, it's family pride. I can't fault that. Maybe not the way I would handle it but then again, I don't have millions of my own money invested in it and it wasn't my father's legacy. From what I recall of his background, JG cut his teeth in some pretty tough industries.

Carlisle's venom was different. What's the rational for it? His pride being hurt? By little ole Torvec? The firm that few in the investment community has ever even heard of?? A guy that's worked for Hummer and GM and BMW,etc....hurt by little ole Torvec?

Doesn't pass the sniff test. It's just really, really high stakes poker and I suspect he may have been a part of the game.
