I think you are missing the point. It is the perception of the owner of a site giving the appearance of touting a stock. I am not saying that you do this BUT in the world your business operates in, it's all about perception. IMHO, you need to take a step back & conduct yourself as an owner of a business that provides a forum to discuss stocks & other thingies. Posting your stock picks, IMHO, is a conflict & conflicts should be avoided. I am not telling you not to trade stocks but your picks & the discussion of stocks is not something you should be doing publicly. You gotta decide what you wanna do...be an owner of a site that discusses stocks or post about them. From my standpoint, they are mutually exclusive avenues.
