The SEC only pursues larger cases is B/S the SEC pursues anyone that commits fraud,the reason they haven't pursued Bergamo is because they have never committed fraud. (they have looked at Bergamo documents in the past and there has never been a problem)

There is fraud being committed , but it is not from Bergamo
