your assuming larocco and messalas have responded to the sec, if they didn't the gavel may come down hard. if they did answer the sec inquiry i wonder what sort of excuse they could of come up with, how do you defend lying? will finra step in also and impose a fine and whatever else? when it comes to the sec anything can happen, they may not want to go after them. they seem to like the high profile cases, those two probably have zero means of repayment.
