There is only one question that matters to determine whether GWB misled, deceived or sought the truth. It's if he asked Rove:
"Did you talk to journalists about this CIA agent?"
That eliminates the abiguous nature of questions like
"Were you involved with this leak?"
or
"Did you break the law?"
Those types of questions allow for a lot of slipperiness or fudge that is certain to be expected. Asking the first question gets to discrete issues - discussion, journalist, CIA agent. No room for flim-flam, but we all know GWB is about the flim-flam so this is a moot point. If he didn't ask that question, GWB does, of course fall further down the hole of being a decidedly poor leader.
