AF..been breaking my head since last evening trying to find reason for ABKFQ friday action(noticed only because my portfolio value spiked nicely).Came to the conclusion that it is probably this Ed Hosinger document that you posted about that is giving shareholders(including bagholders like me!!)hope that the old shares may actually not go waste(yahoo msg board has some stuff on it).But the legalities are so complicated & confusing,there's no way for us non-legal minds to understand.But has definitely given me renewed hope though.One thing I'll say from my experience from playing and profiting hugely from Ambac in it's heydays,is that when it goes,it does go big(both ways).Not much to lose here at present levels,but it could really be a goldmine if it plays out positively.
