ABKFQ - This could be the reason the PPS has risen past week.

Please someone check my understanding of Lawsuits documents which are 110% confusing; Any lawyers here?

We will know if Current Shares will be honor on the

-- Bankruptcy Court hearing relating to the confirmation of the Plan has been rescheduled for February 15, 2012.

There was a major Lawsuit Against the NOTICE OF FILING OF EXHIBIT G TO THE SECOND AMENDED CHAPTER 11 PLAN OF AMBAC FINANCIAL GROUP, INC.

It appears that the Biggest OBJECTION against has been withdrawn. FILED on the 12th of JANUARY 2012 - next day PPS rises 66%

This is the proposed Share / Warrant by the company - (from what I understand the current shareholders will be able to turn their shares into the NEW STOCK. There will Also be warrants issued, that with certain time can be converted to Common Shares.
