Not that I don't love unsubstantiated claims but... wait nevermind I don't love them.

It's nice to see an increase, but the day is young so we could still easily end dead even or just below. Even if BIEL gives this a little more time and doesn't dilute, I don't see how they could hit .01 again without anything positive actually happening.

And at 2mil volume at .003, that's all of around 6k spent, which is a very small amount. Now if this was 2mil and the stock was at around .01, then okay.
