All they need to do to have a meeting is have a quorum of the board present, Mark and Steve and since Mark controls over 50% of the stock, that's all they need.

I believe the meeting only consisted of the 2 of them as that is all that is required and maybe somebody to grab coffee as Steve is the secretary who would take the minutes.

That's how pinks work with make or break decisions with no discussion other than between the two as there is no need to go beyond that.

With a 43mm O/S this can get pushed quite high in a single day, hopefully more shares were retired at this point to lower the float even further.

This is actually setting up to be quite interesting.
