In theory I guess it is possible that Hitler had some sort of "deathbed conversion", and most certainly only God judges and knows for sure - but I think it is safe to say that he is in the deepest depths of Hell, where he belongs. It is clearly evident from his deeds (especially his treatment of and feelings toward Jews) that he was a man evil to the core, who was not a Christian and who rejected God at every turn.

There are a number of scriptural reasons that it is highly unlikely that there was a "deathbed conversion", but it would take far too long to go through them to post to an internet board. The most obvious argument would be one of the promises in the Abrahamic Covenant, where God promised Abraham that "I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you." Just based on that alone it is hard to imagine anyone more deserving of eternal damnation than Hitler.
