Well, I do not know anything about any PR, but I know that my brokerage firm gave me the option to e-vote for a meeting take place in Kalama, at 27/01/12. (see my printscreen TytanE-vote2, upper right corner)

If Mark fooled all the brokerage firms to make a vote for a previous held meeting, that is not my business. He had to answer to this questions at court, because it is a felony than.
