In order to go OTC BB, all that information will come out and be available. So far, the company has been up front and any suggestions otherwise should be construed as being attempts to create FUD.

Again, I'd urge the company to clarify this, just to end the repetitive speculation.

Do you agree with me then that non-issuance means no affect on price, issuance with restrictions means pressure for a higher price now and lower price after 2 years, again, all other factors (PR's, revenues, earnings, etc.) being equal.
