instead we should rather look at the fundamentals.

At this point, there is nothing to look at. IMO, this is just looking like another POS pink sheet company, and this is not just based on pps...this is based on the company's current actions and situation. And for the record, I know how business works, and yes, I would be upset if the pps rose for no reason as that would indicate nothing more than a P&D....If they cannot market and sell their product in the numerous countries and regions that they're allowed to sell in, and have to rely on diluting at 3/10 of a penny to survive, then I say let em go BK
