RE: "using only what you read on the company web site"

While I agree that the website needs some more work and updating and should have a portion where the average Joe can go buy plates, major contracts and purchases are not coming from the website content. Anyone wanting information would be talking with the company direct.
Not all companies, especially smaller ones, have their "greatness" right on the website.
