Couple of questions I have after re-reading the pr:

1) Funding for Tytan Leasing "was made possible in part from the first release of funds from the Bogden BK case" - First, I have never know a BK to go quite that fast, and am confused by why this statement would even be there. Why could it just say, "This is what we have been spending your money on". At least that would offer up answers to one of the main questions here on this board.

2) What are the odds of Finra denying the R/S? Would they really approve that so soon after the A/S increase?

3) Voting shareholders are only the ones holding preferred stock, correct?

Still a camp 2 chickadee. And I am a legacy shareholder, so nothing Mark does will affect me at this point. Lost this money a long time ago.
